Interesting sorta day. I basically got recruited to review the translation for a game; before I say more, if someone just DMs you on Discord saying "hey I'm working on a game do you wanna try the demo" don't bite it's a scam. This was not that; the actual thing is on Steam, and it was from someone I trust posting in a server and not just a random DM out of nowhere. So a solid chunk of the day was just playing most of the way through a beta build of the game; it's pretty fun, though idk how much of the version I played is in the demo (I played on a beta branch). I suspect I may have just been recruited to play the playtest and really narrow down on translation issues, though again idk if I played the playtest version or a distinct beta branch.

The rest of the day was spent with FFXIV, mostly just finishing up the Wondrous Tail. I unfortunately didn't get 2 lines but that's fine, 1 line is still good. At a baseline a 1 line clear is some materia currency, which is still pretty good. At level cap you can also choose to get some of the weekly capped tomestones but I think generally the materia is like, the "default" pick? Because they're, like. Capped. You can't get more than 450 a week.
